Pierogi Drop New Year Celebration
The Pierogi Drop returns in 2024 for its ninth year!
The evening includes an indoor party at K of C Hall with live entertainment, Polish cuisine, and a cash bar. Outdoors, the intersection of Atchison Avenue and 119th Street will be closed in front of K of C Hall. New Year’s revelers are invited to watch a 10-foot illuminated Pierogi as it descends 50 feet into a boiling cauldron at Midnight! The Pierogi Drop will be escorted by a countdown clock, New Years’ themed music and fireworks. Father Time and Baby New Year will be in attendance and costumes are encouraged.
